Project 1
Reusing assets from previous videos ensured a low cost to produce and a coherent visual style throughout each video.
These videos were highlighted on websites, keynote presentations, and investor pitches.
ARCTIC Lab
In collaboration with ARCTIC Lab at The Monell Center, I produced a series of four 3D scientific animations visualizing the unique physiological states of the arctic ground squirrel, including its hibernation behaviors and advanced research techniques like optogenetics and neuropixel recordings.
To ensure both scientific accuracy and visual engagement, the project relied on a highly iterative production process. We progressed methodically through initial beat sheets and 2D storyboards, moving into 3D white-box blocking and final detailed animation passes. By gathering continuous feedback and securing approval at each step before moving forward, this collaborative workflow successfully translated complex metabolic and neurodegenerative research into accessible, high-fidelity 3D visuals used for scientific conferences and funding communications.
